In order to send payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®. A portion or all of your check deposits made at a Wells Fargo branch or Wells Fargo ATM may be immediately available for your use on the day of the deposit, unless a hold is placed. Funds not available on the day of the deposit will be available the next business day or after any applicable holds are removed. A check deposit made before the displayed cutoff time will be used by us to pay your transactions in our nightly process. Occasionally, a hold will be placed which prevents withdrawal of the money until a later date. Further details are provided in our Funds Availability Policy in the Account Agreement. Cash deposits and transfers from another Wells Fargo account are immediately available for your use.
Available balance is the most current record we have about the funds that are available for your use or withdrawal. It includes all deposits and withdrawals that have been posted to your account, then adjusts for any holds on recent deposits and any pending transactions that are known to the bank. This balance may not reflect all of your transactions, such as checks you have written or debit card transactions that have been approved but not yet submitted for payment by the merchant. A free service that automatically makes credit card payments by transferring funds from your checking or savings account to your Wells Fargo credit card account. We will not charge a fee unless the transfer/advance covered at least one pending item, or helped you avoid at least one overdraft or returned item. The transfer/advance fee depends on the account type you have linked to your checking account for Overdraft Protection. We will charge the transfer/advance fee to your checking account when we transfer/advance funds from your savings or home equity line of credit account. If we advance funds from your credit card, we will charge the fee to your credit card. You can assign view-only account access to anyone who needs it — your bookkeeper, accountant, other key employees — up to 25 people.
You maintain security and control, because you choose which individuals to add and which accounts they can see. Guest Users have view-only access and cannot conduct transactions, and you can cancel a Guest User's access at any time. Allow others to take care of the tasks you don't have time for, like ensuring that a payment has been received, checks have cleared, a deposit has posted, and more. A checking or savings account balance refers to the amount of money in a particular account. Cellular Telephone Protection can reimburse the eligible Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Card cardholder for damage to or theft of a cell phone.
Reimbursement is limited to the repair or replacement of your original cell phone, less a $25 deductible with an allowable maximum of two paid claims per 12 month period. This benefit does not cover cell phones that are lost (i.e. disappear without explanation). This protection is only available when cell phone bills are paid from your Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Card. The coverage does not apply if the cell phone bill is paid from a Wells Fargo Debit Card, Wells Fargo Business Credit Card, Wells Fargo Commercial Card or from the card that is linked to a Line of Credit. Coverage does not apply to cell phones that are rented, borrowed, or received as part of a prepaid plan. Electronic failure or issues related to the software of the device are not covered.

Once you sign up for this service, if you happen to spend more than you have in your checking account, we'll automatically make up the difference with an advance from the available credit on your Wells Fargo credit card account. Only select devices are eligible to enable sign-on with facial recognition. If you have family members who look like you, we recommend using your username and password instead of facial recognition to sign on.
